Christmas Day

We went for a walk on the beach. Zuke chased a sea otter, the otter came at Zuke, surprised him, then swam away. 

The beach was perfectly smooth as was the ocean. 

Molly and Zuke waiting patiently for the turkey to cook. 

A yummy dinner followed by some night flying. 

All the flying toys that came in to our house this Christmas!  Three pilots in the making. 

Christmas Eve

The boys made a card for their friend, a team effort!

We went to St. John's Anglican Church and sang carols to the nativity story while the bad kids ran up and down the aisle. A lesson in acceptance. 

Matthew spent an hour trying to get in to the duct taped package from Calgary. He was successful. 

Each boy picked one present to open after a dinner of appetizers.

Homework

As we begin the school routine, homework is falling by the wayside. 

The boys are building a trail. They are so excited, they're out until 7pm. 

Homework will have to wait.
