Cornflake

The weather this year has been CRAZY!  However, we have carried on and so has the garden.  Here is one of many of the smiling poppies.  Apparently the opium is in the creamy stuff in the stem... not that it matters...

We've done a little bit of pruning out by the bus stop.

 This photo doesn't do the Iris' justice.  They are vibrant and very exotic looking.  David's pretty alright too.

 Today, the boys decided to make a "pool".  Clive has a lovely red neck after digging all day.  It was wonderful to have all three boys playing happily pretty much all day.  Matthew also helped me plant some squash, tomatoes and peppers, and watered the blueberries.

 I think these are called Lupins.  They are right out of an English garden!  I love them!

 Here is Cornflake.  He crows at 4 am.  He also crows all day.  We are working on his attitude, though he is doing a good job protecting the chickens.

We will probably start selling eggs soon.  We collected 21 today.
